Please have the following ready

1. Full collection address including postcode.

2. Full delivery address including postcode.

3. Contact name and mobile number at third-party addresses (this will save us unnecessary hold-ups and you time and money).

4. A brief description of what we're carrying (type of goods, number of items, size, weight).

5. Any deadlines, special instructions, internal references, permission to post or other requirements.

For a smooth service, please label ALL consignments. Even if we know where we're going, this will help avoid any confusion at the final destination. Also, make sure to include any other details that can make life a bit easier – flat numbers, company names, job titles, etc.

Levels of service

1. Standard.

2. ASAP. Priority service for urgent deliveries.

3. Cargo. Applies to all jobs over 8kg.

We offer a full overnight service to any location in the UK or the rest of the world.
